Can Ampere Time LiFePO4 batteries be mounted in any position?
A:
Yes, Ampere Time lithium battery is free from lead-acid battery safety issues such as battery leakage and battery corrosion, so it is perfectly fine to place the lithium batteries in any position. (
but it could not be mounted upside down
)
Q:
How long is the warranty?
A:
We provide a five-year warranty (for most of the battery products) for the poor performance of battery products when used correctly following the product manual instructions. The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user.
Q:
How can I check my battery's remaining power?
A:
Most of our customers will use a multimeter to check the voltage of their Ampere Tim LiFePO4 batteries. And you could roughly estimate your battery's remaining power by its rest (open-circuit) voltage. Based on the characteristics of LiFePO4 batteries, the voltage measured by all LiFePO4 batteries during charging/discharging is not the real voltage of the battery.
Therefore, after charging/discharging and disconnecting the battery from the power source, the voltage of the battery will gradually drop/increase to its real voltage.
If you need to test the real voltage of the battery, please disconnect all the connections to the battery and test its voltage after putting it aside for over 30 mins.

Are Ampere Time batteries waterproof?

All of our Ampere Time LiFePO4 battery has an IP65 protection class, which sets you free from worrying to install it indoors or outdoors. But when charging or discharging the battery, please be careful not to let the post bolts or terminals come into contact with water, as this may damage the battery.

Can Ampere Time batteries replace my lead-acid batteries?
A:
Ampere Time LiFePO4 battery is considered the perfect replacement battery for the AGM battery. The LiFePO4 battery will become the majority used in the future as it has superior performance compared with other AGM batteries. You can use it to replace your lead-acid batteries and start to enjoy a free & fruitful life.
Q:
Can I connect Ampere Time batteries with AGM batteries?
A:
We do not suggest you connect Ampere Time lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries with AGM batteries, as they are two different types of batteries and their charging and discharging are very different.
