Goodrich and Akro Agate glass were located Akron, Ohio, at one time.

    Vintage Goodrich Silvertowns Green Akro Glass Ashtray Garage Gas Service Station
    The glass insert with the embossed Goodrich Silvertowns lettering appears to be in excellent condition.  The black rubber tire on the outer perimeter is dry and cracked. Overall width, 6.5"glass insert is about 5.5" across.   I'm selling this old promotional advertising item in "as found" condition. Both B.F. Goodrich and Akro Agate glass were located Akron, Ohio, at one time.
